Schools programs designed to engage single classrooms, whole schools or large-scale inter-schools projects. Our programs are user friendly, safe and link environmental education to the K –12 schools curriculum.
Hotbed Designs work collaboratively to fully equip an OH&S approved workshop space within in the school and develop a workshop program schedule. Students will use acquired skills to work directly on the project according to a design guide and supervision from Hotbed Designs. Our Tutors have all undergone Working With Children police checks, First Aid and Mandatory Reporting training.

Hotbed designs hand-carved stamps can be used in the production of curriculum-linked school murals, classroom signs, library bags etc.
Hotbed Designs curriculum-linked Interactive Displays include quiz questions, fact files and instructions. Display components are colourful, tactile and movable, inviting participants to arrange them to find the solutions to local environmental issues.

Hotbed Designs murals become outdoor classrooms where students can use the mural imagery to inform link activity-sheets. Each mural program is complemented with a schematic A3 design produced as a colour-in activity and can be use as a colour-in competition.
In workshops, students produce signs for the schoolyard visually describing environmental management programs such as How To Compost, The 3 Bin System, and Low Waste Shopping. New resources and resource workshop programs can be developed with consultation from clients.
